We notify you of your session appointments via the email and mobile number you have provided.

We send your info to your consultant as for context on how to support and/or treat you.

We may use the information to improve our products and services.

We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. 

We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests.

To make the most out of your session, please be guided by these reminders:


For confidentiality, privacy and comfort

  • Find a private, comfortable spot where no one can easily overhear you. It would be ideal to use headset/headphones.

  • Minimize distractions and close unused applications for the duration of the session.

  • Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited.

  • Please have a valid ID ready for verification of identity.


Test all tech in advance

  • Your virtual session will be held over Zoom. Please install the app on your device if you don’t have it yet. Make sure to check that mic and video are allowed access.

  • Make sure your device is fully charged or plugged in.


During the session

  • Please join the call 5 minutes before your scheduled session. 

  • If you are unable to join on time or get disconnected, you have a grace period of 15 minutes, after which your session would be canceled. An extension of your session is not guaranteed.

  • If your consultant gets disconnected, please stay on the video call and wait for up to 15 minutes for your consultant to rejoin. If your consultant is unable to rejoin, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.


Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • If you need to reschedule, please do so 24 hours before your appointment by emailing us at

  • If your session is canceled by your consultant, you may book another session with the same or another consultant. Otherwise, you will receive a refund from Beacon within 5 working days.
